We are proud to participate in Mass Cultural Council’s Card to Culture program, in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health ConnectorCare by broadening accessibility to cultural programming.
EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare cardholders can purchase $5 tickets per person. To redeem please bring in your EBT, WIC or ConnectorCare card to the admissions register on the day of your visit. See the complete list of participating organizations offering EBT, WIC, and ConnectorCare discounts.

April 18 – November 22, 2026 – Saturdays & Sundays and Fridays during July & August. Closed Saturday, July 4, 2026.
Our last ticket of the day is sold one hour prior to closing.
Groups of ten or more are asked to call and schedule so that we may best serve your group. Both self-guided and guided tours are available. Guided tours subject to tour guide availability. Advance reservations required.
The United States Naval Shipbuilding Museum and USS Salem are located at 549 South Street, Pier 3 in Quincy, Massachusetts, in the former Fore River Shipyard. Use Quincy Shipyard entrance across from Pete’s Bar & Grille. USS Salem is accessible by public transportation via 220, 222, and 225 bus routes from Quincy Center MBTA Station. Bus stops are approximately at ten minute walk to the museum.
